If the crown fits, wear it! I live by myself by choice. I love interior decorating and making a home feel comfy and welcoming. And doing it my way. This painting is, in so many ways, my unapologetic approach of taking charge of my art by experimenting with my own inventive destructive technique. It speaks loudly also to my approach to my independent life. And my big blue bird is me wearing a crown just to remind myself whose in charge!
